Entries for this event have now closed, no late entries are possible.
Your entry fee includes access to Lees Valley Station as well as a $5 donation to Oxford Museum. Proceeds from the event are supporting our junior and senior orienteers competing at this year's World Championships in Europe.
Early entry fees closed at the end of April, standard entry fees now apply until the entries close at midnight Wednesday 17th May!
Entry Fees
3 Hour Standard
Student $40pp
Adult $55pp
6 Hour Standard
Student $50pp
Adult $70pp
For mixed age teams simply add the individual entries of each member together. For example, an adult and two students entering early in the 3hr would be $45 + $30 + $30 = $105. Under-10s are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Refund Policy
Before the 1st of May– 80% refund
From 1st May- 14th May - 50% refund
From the 14th of May– no refunds
Should you be unable to take part because you test positive for Covid-19 you will be eligible for a full refund. Please stay home if you are sick!
You can change team members at no additional cost before the 14th of May, simply email with the details of the new team member. However, changes after this date will be at the Race Coordinators discretion and may incur a fee.
Cancellation
In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
Should the ongoing pandemic affect the running of the event we will endeavour to either alter the event format so it conforms to the current restrictions, or postpone it to another suitable date. In the unlikely event that neither of these options are possible we will offer a partial refund of entry fees.
