Early entry fees closed midnight Sunday 2nd July, all entries closed sunday 13th August, 7 days before the event.
Entry Fees
3 Hour Early Standard
Student $35pp $50pp
Adult $80pp $100pp
6 Hour Early Standard
Student $50pp $65pp
Adult $100pp $120pp
9 Hour Early Standard
Student $70pp $90pp
Adult $135pp $155pp
For family teams simply add the individual entries of each member. For example, a adult and two students entering early in the 3hr would be $80 + $35 + $35 = $150. Please include the age of your student team members in brackets.
Refund Policy
Until the 2nd of July – 80% refund
From 3rd July - 13th August - 50% refund
From the 14th of August – no refunds
You can change team members at no additional cost until the 13th of August, simply email with the details of the new team member. Changes after this date will be at the Race Coordinators' discretion and may incur a fee.
Cancellation
In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
Should the ongoing pandemic affect the running of the event we will endeavour to either alter the event format so it conforms to the current restrictions, or postpone it to another suitable date. In the unlikely event that neither of these options are possible we will offer a partial refund of entry fees.
