Early entry fees close at midnight Sunday 20th July, all entries close midnight Sunday 10th August, 6 days before the event.

3 Hour Early Standard
Student $45pp $65pp
Adult $90pp $110pp
6 Hour Early Standard
Student $65pp $85pp
Adult $115pp $135pp
9 Hour Early Standard
Student $85pp $105pp
Adult $145pp $165pp
Students must be currently enrolled at either primary or secondary school. For family teams simply add the individual entries of each member. For example, a adult and two students entering early in the 3hr would be $90 + $45 + $45 = $80. Please include the age of your student team members in brackets.
Schools Championship Teams
Schools teams competing in the Canterbury Adventure Racing Championships must download and complete the Principal’s Permission form here and email it to canterburyadventurerace@gmail.com. Your entry will not be complete until the form is received.
Refund Policy
Until the 20th of July – 80% refund
From 21st of July - 10th August - 50% refund
From the 11th of August – no refunds
You can change team members at no additional cost until the 10th of August, simply email with the details of the new team member. Changes after this date will be at the Race Coordinators' discretion and may incur a fee.
Cancellation
In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
Should the ongoing pandemic affect the running of the event we will endeavour to either alter the event format so it conforms to the current restrictions, or postpone it to another suitable date. In the unlikely event that neither of these options are possible we will offer a partial refund of entry fees.
