Early entry fees will close at midnight on Sunday 26th February.

All entries close midnight Sunday 26th March, one week before the event.

Anyone who entered for the 2022 edition before it was cancelled should have already received a full refund of their entry fees. If not, please get in touch with us at geraldineadventurerace@gmail.com

All payment is done through online banking.

Please make one payment per team. Once your payment comes through you will receive a confirmation email.

If entries sell out teams will be accepted based on who makes payment first.

Refund Policy

Until the 26th of February - 80% refund

From 27th February to 26th March - 50% refund

From the 27th of March - No refunds

Covid-19 Refund Policy

Should the ongoing pandemic affect the running of the event we will endeavour to either alter the event format so it conforms to the current restrictions, or postpone it to another suitable date. In the unlikely event that neither of these options are possible we will offer a partial refund of entry fees that is considerate of the expenses already incurred. 


In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
