About Us

Crazy Kea Events is a non-profit that supports various groups around the country with organising adventure events. These groups include sports teams, community organisations, and individual athletes. Some of the beneficiaries of our events are listed below.

If you are interested in running an event to fundraise for your own group or sports team but don't have the expertise required, then get in touch via email or Facebook, and we'll see if we can make it happen!

Geraldine High School Parent Teacher Association

The PTA fosters strong partnerships between the school, families, and the Geraldine community to support student wellbeing and education. They advocate for young people and provide practical and financial support

Youth Development and Opportunites Trust

YDOT is proud to facilitate a range of training courses that introduce young people to trades-based skills. Our experienced tutors help students to improve their abilities, learn more about the industry, and explore new career pathways. Students gain hands-on practical experience, as well as the confidence that comes from acquiring new skills.

Methven Community Pool Association

The Methven Community Pool Association is responsible for the facilities two outdoor heated pools - a regular 33m pool and a learners’ pool. The pool is run by a group of volunteers who are passionate about providing a facility to improve the wellbeing, health, and safety of our community.

NZ Junior World Orienteering Championship Team

Four Canterbury athletes selected for the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Turkey were proudly supported by Crazy Kea Events.

Middleton Grange High School

Middleton Grange School in Christchurch has 1400 students from Years 1-13 and is well known for its high-quality education and as a compassionate community in which the gifts and talents of students are nurtured and celebrated.
