Entry Fees
3 Hour Early Standard
Child (5-10yr) $15pp $20pp
Student* $25pp $30pp
Adult $50pp $70pp
6 Hour Early Standard
Child (5-10yr) $15pp $20pp
Student* $30pp $40pp
Adult $70pp $90pp
*Students must be currently enrolled at either primary or secondary school.
For family teams simply add the individual entries of each member. For example, an adult and two students entering early in the 3hr would be $50 + $25 + $25 = $100.
Children under 5 years are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. The terrain is rough so please consider your child's ability and enjoyment when deciding whether to bring them along.
Raffle
Raffle tickets are available through the same link as the entry, you can add them on to your entry or purchase them separately if you'd like. There are hundreds of dollars worth of prizes on offer including the ones listed below.
Multiple prizes from Alpine Sports Methven totalling $1,000.
First Timer package from NZSki (Mt Hutt) worth $260.
$150 voucher from KT's Contracting Methven.

Refund Policy
Before the 26th of January – 80% refund
From 27th January - 23rd February - 50% refund
From the 23rd of February– no refunds
You can change team members at no additional cost before the 23rd of February, simply email with the details of the new team member. However, changes after this date will be at the Race Director's discretion and may incur a fee. There are no refunds available for purchases of raffle tickets.
Cancellation
In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
