There is also a couples category for you and your romantic partner, sign ups for this will be done at registration with a prize for the fastest combined time.

Prizes

Prizes will be given to the person with the lowest combined time across the 4 race stages in each category. Thanks to our generous sponsors we will have a fantastic array of spot prizes that everyone will go into the draw to win.

Support Crew

Friends and family are welcome to come to cheer you on and take photos. For safety reasons, we strongly encourage spectators not to drive along the course while competitors are racing and instead take an alternate route to their chosen viewing spot. If in doubt please send us an email

Compulsory Gear

You must carry sufficient food, water, and clothing with you for the conditions. There will be food and water at the lunch stop but this could be up to 5hr riding into the race for slower riders.

Your bike and helmet must be in good condition, and you must carry your own tools and spare tubes or CO2 canisters to be able to fix a puncture or other minor mechanical issues on the course.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their equipment is in good condition. However the event organisers reserve the right to prevent participants from starting if they feel that the condition of their equipment poses a risk to themselves or others.
