Nelson Rogaine Series

Introducing the Nelson Rogaine Series!

This is a new initiative to grow the adventure navigation scene in Nelson/Tasman, while fundraising to support top local athletes racing overseas.

Each rogaine event is held at a different location around the region, with terrain varying from native bush, to urban streets, to forests full of mtb trails and 4wd tracks. 

You will receive the course map at registration and have time to plan your route before starting the event. Every course will have checkpoints worth different amounts of points based on their difficulty. Checkpoints far from the event centre, or difficult to navigate to, will be worth more than those close by. 

Make it back before the time limit to ensure you keep all your points, as soon as your race time ticks over the limit you will start to lose 20 points per minute you are back late!
